Promoting Best Practice through Quality and Compliancy

We use every opportunity to achieve best practice. We make extensive use of specialist consultants and work with the business department of Cardiff University.

We find that models such as Investors in People, which we gained in 1998.  ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO18001 and the EFQM of which we gained the silver award all very helpful and ensure we achieve best practice through out

For example we worked closely with Cranfield University to develop a leading NPI process. The programme has helped us to shorten the new product introduction cycle significantly.
